It integrates 4 independent 24‑bit delta‑sigma thermocouple input channels with built‑in cold junction compensation, supporting J/K/R/S/T/N/B/E all standard thermocouple types and ±73 mV low‑voltage signal acquisition. Equipped with 4 configurable bidirectional digital I/O, each channel can be set as input, sinking or sourcing output for switch and relay control. The node works as end device or mesh router to extend network coverage; one WSN gateway supports up to 36 nodes in mesh topology, line‑of‑sight transmission distance up to 300 m outdoorsNI. Dual power supply modes: 9–30 V external DC or 4 AA batteries with automatic power switching, ultra‑low power design for long‑term field deployment. Programmed via LabVIEW WSN toolkit, widely used for factory equipment thermal inspection, environmental multi‑point temperature logging and remote equipment monitoring.
