TB‑2640B is a dedicated front-mount matrix screw terminal block exclusively designed for PXI‑2532B / PXIe‑2532B high-density reed relay matrix switch modulesNI. It configures the 512-crosspoint switch into a 4×128 single-wire matrix topology, with row & column ribbon cable headers and strain-relief wiring terminals for stable high-density signal routing. Two variants are available: one without resistors, another equipped with 100 Ω series protection resistors to suppress capacitive inrush current and extend reed relay service lifeNI. It supports max 100 V signal voltage and 0.5 A per channel, features low crosstalk and ≥10 MHz bandwidth for analog parametric measurement, and can be cascaded with extension cables to build multi-card large-channel test systems, widely used for semiconductor component sorting, passive component characterization and multi-channel resistance scanning.
