Integrated internal fixed routing enables instant switching of multiple multiplex topologies: 1-wire 128×1 / dual 64×1 / quad 32×1; 2-wire 64×1 / dual 32×1; 4-wire 32×1 / dual 16×1 and independent channel mode. It adopts internal ribbon cable headers for signal distribution plus separate screw terminals for external trigger I/O. Full metal shielding suppresses EMI and channel crosstalk, ultra-low internal trace resistance guarantees high-precision micro-ohm measurement for resistors, RTDs and strain gauges. Mechanical key lock prevents misplugging, RoHS compliant, fully supported by NI‑DAQmx and LabVIEW automated test systems for multi-channel batch parametric inspection.
