SCC-CI20 (commonly called SCC-C120) is a dual-channel plug-in SCC signal conditioning module exclusively used with SC-2345/SC-2350 shielded carrier accessories, compatible with NI M/E/B/X series PCI/USB DAQ boards. It converts standard industrial 4–20 mA loop current signals to 0–5 V voltage signals via built-in high-precision 249 Ω shunt resistors. Each channel integrates a differential instrumentation amplifier for high input impedance and excellent common-mode noise suppression. Fully protected against overvoltage and reverse wiring, it outputs linear 0–5 V analog voltage directly readable by DAQ analog input channels. Modular plug-and-play design supports mixed signal SCC slot layout, widely deployed for pressure, flow, temperature 4–20 mA industrial transmitter data collection.
